Treat Receding Gums By Knowing Its Underlying Cause First
When you notice that your gums are red and swollen and bleeds easily when brushing and eating hard foods, you are probably experiencing gum recession. Receding gums is a form of gum disease that where gums pulls away from its roots due to bacterial infection.
The most common causes of receding gums are gum disease or periodontal disease, mouth trauma and unfitted crowns and fillings.
